David Priver, M.D., FACOG
David Priver, M.D., FACOG, is an ob/gyn with more than 30 years’ experience. He has been a staff physician at Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside since 2005. Dr. Priver has also been a physician at San Diego’s Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, and has been at the La Maestra Family Medical Clinic, the EBEM Women’s Clinic and the San Diego Women’s Medical Clinic, Inc., all in San Diego. In 1999 he received a Community Service Award from the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego.
Dr. Priver is co-author of AMA resolution accepted by the House of Delegates that defined medical expert witness testimony as the practice of medicine that should be subject to peer review (1977). He was co-host of Second Opinion, KSDO Radio1130, San Diego, during 2001.
He is a member of the San Diego County Medical Society and the California Medical Association, a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and a Life Member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Priver has delivered about 8,000 babies.
